She is inspired by change and growth, which is why she finds snakes to be one of the most fascinating animals; they wear one skin and when the time has come, they shed it and become the next version of themselves. An epitome of growth she would say.

She finds peace in deep connections between self, prayer, loved ones, nature, art and food. In her daily routines she has learnt to feel balanced by doing small gestures of love to herself such as planning her days around her meals and feeding her body and soul with nutritious foods and thoughts.
